Van der Sluys Projects was established in 1999 when Alex van der Sluys resigned as director from their family business, J van der Sluys Projects have since been successfully developing and managing properties in the Boland region.
Alex was joined by Tania to further strengthen the business and together the manage and develop property and projects. They specialise in Project Management, Property Management and Property Development. Tania also runs her own PQS firm, called ONTGIN specialising in Professional Quantity Surveying for VDSP and other clients.
We specialise in all sectors of the construction industry namely Industrial, commercial, retail / leisure and residential. We strive to develop/manage quality products and believe our experience is a good example of this.
